This January we held a seminar on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures for those lovely HR folk working for businesses in and around Cardiff. Our legal eagle, Anna Denton of Morgan Denton Jones, gave a presentation on the key procedures that employers must follow when dealing with a disciplinary or grievance. This was followed by some mini case studies which gave attendees a great chance to discuss how they would handle the situation and swap some notes.
