The Andrea Adams Trust has surveyed 10,000 employees - 92 % felt they were currently being bullied. Almost half (49%) said their immediate manager was the bully. Our recommendation is to ensure that all managers have had bullying and harassment training and been made aware of your policies to ensure you can avail yourself of the defence that you have taken all reasonable steps to prevent bullying and harassment.
