The Long Awaited (and highly satisfying) Dream Job Daiquiri Recipe

We have kept you waiting in suspense for our second cocktail recipe, served to superwomen at the Darwin Gray Superwoman event in Cardiff last year. However we feel that, just like your dream job, the Dream Job Daiquiri is definitely worth waiting for!

Dream Job Daiquiri…

50ml Matusalem Platino (or any other good quality light rum)

25ml Freshly squeezed Lime Juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

10ml Blue Curacao

+ Blue Food Colouring

Shake and strain into a cocktail (Martini) glass

No Garnish Required
