How to Make a Marbleita

Photo from the Superwoman EventWhen we realised that Marble would be sponsoring the drinks at this year’s Superwoman event hosted by Darwin Gray, we wanted to give those superwomen something really special to sip in the break. So, with the help of Andy Fisher, resident Mixologist at the Vanilla Rooms in Cardiff, we came up with recipes for some supercool cocktails.

And so, Superwomen and Supermen of Cardiff, in the spirit of the ScrapBlog, we’d like to share those recipes with you here.

First up this month, the Marbleita, a delicious margarita with a blue twist…

Marbleita

50ml Jose Cuervo Tradicional Tequila (or any good quality tequila)

25ml Blue Curacao

25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

+ Blue Food Colouring

Shake and strain into a Margarita Coupette

No Garnish Required – it’s truly Marbleous on it’s own…
