8 out of 10 workers take less than 30 minutes for lunch

According to a new poll, eight out of ten workers take less than 30 minutes for their lunch. The poll also found that 44% eat at their desk every day.  

For 55% of respondents, there was no culture of taking a lunch break at their workplace. 

Marble think you should always try to get a substantial lunch break away from your desk, especially if you're working on a computer all day long. You could even take advantage of the sunny weather and head to the park (or a bit of grass!) for a picnic with your work mates.
