The Job…
The Data Retrieval Co-ordinator will be required to manage the process from the installation of AMR meters through to ensuring the integrity of the data retrieved. The role also involves presenting data to customers and appropriate energy suppliers in the required formats. The Data Retrieval Co-ordinator will also be required to complete various other administrative duties including the provision of internal and external reports and other financially related matters.
- Communicating with internal and external clients in relation to technical data connections
- Work alongside Team Leader to provide a top quality service to clients within necessary deadlines
- Data-entry and maintenance of relevant project databases
- Production and up-keep of work-related spreadsheets/reports
- Dealing with incoming data (via post, fax etc.) and processing internal enquiries
- Providing day to day administrative duties (filing, referencing, word processing etc.)
- Attending Client Meetings as and when required

The Person…
Thriving on delivering to deadlines, you will have experience of processing information and numerical data using database and spreadsheet systems. Organised and efficient, you will be comfortable working both independently and within a team environment. You will have a pro-active approach to dealing with problems and issues and communicating with key clients and service partners. Keen to progress, you will be joining an exciting team as they further develop a successful and profitable service.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent IT/technical skills
- An interest in Telecoms and/or IT industry
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

An understanding of modems, SIM technology and GPRS would be a distinct advantage
Job Details…
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 09:00am -17:00pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £15,000-£16,000
Location: Cardiff
