Due to recent growth within the business and a strong market presence, Marble Recruitment Solutions is now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding Social Care team in Cardiff. Prospective candidates must have had experience within this sector and understand the compliance issues that are involved including knowledge of CRB checks, Health and Safety and will have placed carers and also Nurses.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing, assessing and selecting suitable candidates for permanent placements
• Providing specialised and competent staff to companies for temporary assignments
• Developing and maintaining both the client and candidates databases
• Delivering sales results and develop business by phone, mail or face-to-face
• To visit prospective and current clients
• Negotiating business contracts
• To attract and evaluate suitable candidates through in-depth competency-based interview techniques and professional reference checking
• Managing all own administration including diary management, business correspondence, CV preparation, mail and e shot marketing
• To cross sell other Group divisions wherever possible

Hours of work: 08:30 - 17:30 Monday-Friday but a degree of flexibility will be required to meet business demands.
