A skilled Risk and Compliance Analyst to add to a busy, growing department within a

Large market leading company in Cardiff, South Wales.

 

Who are you?

 

You are ILEX qualified (or similar) and have a background in the banking

or insurance sector, with a dynamic attitude to work

 

This job would be ideal for someone with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and a strong commercial eye

 

What will you actually be doing?

 

Analysing initial information obtained by client-facing colleagues and conducting extensive research into the current and potential clients.

 

The initial work will involve...

 

• Independence and anti-money laundering "Know Your Client" checks
• Progressing of client acceptance procedures
• Preparation of client files

 

Other responsibilities will include...

 

• Working with initiative within agreed processes
• Customer focus
• Liaise with all offices across the UK firm
• Use of in-house IT Tools
