Successful Proposals Manager of a fast-growing energy and utilities firm based in Cardiff.

The Person...

Outgoing and with a strong sense of drive, you will enjoy communicating with customers and staff alike.  You should have previous experience in managing the production of major proposals and bids within the business-2-business market, preferably of a technical services nature including a demonstrable track record of success.  Previous sales experience in a similar environment will also be advantageous.  IT competent, diligent and with a flair for the creative, you will never settle for second best and will always want to be at the heart of the action.

The Job...

• Responsible for the production of major proposal, bid and pre-qualification documents (supported by the relevant operational teams)
• Support the direct sales teams through the establishment of standardized format documents and a library of support information
• Tailoring sales/service proposals to meet customer-specific requirements and utilizing the appropriate expertise and experience within the company to enhance credibility and focus within written text.
• Responsible for regular Management reporting to demonstrate productivity and performance
• When required supporting the sales/operational teams undertaking customer  presentations in support of submitted proposals
• Work directly with the sales team, marketing team and operational teams to achieve your objectives

Duration:      Permanent

Hours:          8.30-5.00pm Monday-Friday

Salary:         £35k - £45k

Location:      Cardiff Gate
