Project Coordinator to join a fast-growing company based in Cardiff on a 6 month fixed term contract with a view to being made permanent. Applications from candidates within the energy/utilities sector would be particularly welcome.

The Person...

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

• Previous experience within an office ideally within a project role

The Job...

Working within an established team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of timely power connections. The role involves working closely with Regional Electricity Boards (RECs) to ensure cost-effective power connections within set deadlines and to administrate and progress all relevant issues involved in this process.

Job Duties...

• Communicating with REC personnel to ensure timely and cost-effective connections
• Communicating/liasing with clients and RECs to identify and resolve problem areas
• Work alongside Team Leader and Project Co-ordinators to provide a top quality service to clients within necessary deadlines
• Data-entry and maintenance of relevant project databases
• Production and up-keep of work-related spreadsheets/reports
• Dealing with incoming data (via post, fax etc.) and processing internal enquiries
• Providing day to day administrative duties (filing, referencing, word processing etc.)
• Attending Client Meetings as and when required
• Any other duties as required by Team Leader

Duration:      6 month Fixed Term Contract - Permanent

Hours:          08:30am-17:00pm Monday to Friday

Salary:         £15,885k (pro rata)

Location:      Cardiff Gate
