PA to Partners of a prestigious corporate company based in Cardiff City Centre.

The Company…

Our client is by far a global leader in its field and has a reputation that is second to none. Not only for the work that it carries out but for the calibre of its people. They now need to recruit a top class PA to support 2 partners and several directors.

The Job…

  • Provides full secretarial support to a group of fee earners and two partners
  • Responds to various forms of communications and queries, providing guidance in managers absence by interpreting and applying standard and documented policies and processes and reference to precedents
  • Undertakes a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Design and maintenance of efficient office systems
  • Maintains diaries and keeps partners and managers advised of outstanding activities
  • Organises and plans personal workload
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts at a range of levels. Decides on the appropriateness of information to be communicated
  • Organises and plans market facing events.

The Person…

You will be a tenured PA, ideally from a corporate or professional services background with the following technical ability:

  • Excellent written & spoken English
  • Advanced IT skills to include MS Word, Excel & Power Point essential
  • Proficient in use of email, calendar and internet
  • Significant experience supporting staff at a high level

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, clients and suppliers.

Duration:       Permanent

Hours:           09:00am -17:30pm Monday to Friday

Salary:           In the region of £26k + benefits

Location:       CardiffCityCentre
