The Job…
The Metering Administrator will provide administrative support to the company's commercial meter installation and monitoring services. The position will involve coordinating metering work across our national portfolio of clients and ensuring that all scheduled work is undertaken, through ongoing liaison with internal teams, sub contractors and meter operators, along with use of project specific data and IT systems.
Job Duties…
- Ensure timely installation of meters and delivery of metering services
- Coordinate on site contractors and schedule metering jobs
- Coordinate data flows between supplier and internal teams
- Maintain departmental quality standards (ISO9001)
- Report on problem areas to client and internal management
- Assist with day to day administration and project work
- Maintain in house database
- Any other duties as required by the metering team leader
The Person…
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience with exceptional organisational skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively. Strong IT skills are required particularly on Excel.

Duration: Permanent
Hours: 09:00am -17:00pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £14,750
Location: Cardiff
