Marble Recruitment Solutions are excited to be working on behalf of a large Manufacturing company based in South Wales and looking to source a Senior Head of Finance.

This is a high profile role where the ideal candidate will have experience of working within a manufacturing or engineering environment,possibly have been involved in a start up or Greenfield operation and also knowledge of the electronics or automotive sector would be advantageous.

You will have at least 6-8 years experience in a similar role and be conversant with using SAP with a view to moving on to use J.D.Edwards.

The role will also encompass managing various Human Resources functions to include recruitment and selection of staff.
