Marble Recruitment Solutions is currently recruiting for a Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Agent for a leading procurement specialist based in Newport.

The Helpdesk role involves speaking directly with a specific client providing front line support for technical advice and assistance with the online procurement system. You will also be dealing with email queries.

The ideal candidates will have many of the following key skills:

  • Excellent Customer Service experience ideally within a helpdesk environment
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills
  • Strong IT skills particularly Excel
  • Accurate and efficient Data Entry skills

Most importantly you will have a hard working attitude, the ability to learn quickly and be adaptable to a fast moving office environment along to have a pleasant and professional manner. 

These roles are initially offered on a temp basis but could lead to permanent opportunities for the right candidates.
