Wanted… A skilled and professional Business Account Manager to join a busy team within a market leading telecommunications company based in Cardiff. Who are you? Ann experienced sales person with a proven business to business track record. What will you actually be doing? Job purpose- · To manage and build existing business & corporate customers. · To increase direct product sales. · To expand data product sales & applications Key Accountabilities- · To identify customer needs. To provide solutions to those needs and to promote and support the company and its personnel.· To manage customer accounts and to continue to promote the Company and it's products & services to new & existing customers. · To achieve sales targets and service levels. To develop and expand one's own knowledge, expertise and marketing initiatives through promotions.· To control the day to day administration of key accounts and the department. To support Senior Management and influence personnel in their objectives. · To expand customer services and deliver quality results and performance consistently. To evolve and establish on-going sales opportunities. · To resolve internal/external requests/problems between customers/suppliers/colleagues as and when appropriate. Reward£18k per annum plus OTE £26K Uncapped
