Several proven and successful B2B Account Managers for a successful Telecommunications business just outside Cardiff City Centre.

The Person...

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years new business development experience in a B2B market ideally within the Telecom industry. Along with a demonstrable record of over achieving delivery against agreed targets and the ability to handle more complex sales with multi contacts within an organisation, suitable candidates will also have a proven background of customer relationship building and implementing customer focussed sales activities within a fast-paced target-driven environment.

The Job...

The Account Manager will need to successfully manage the current customer base whilst selling additional products and services into these customers.  Minimising churn and maximising voice and data revenues whilst continuing connection growth.

Job Duties...

• Delivering upgrade voice and data renewals against agreed targets
• Delivering new line voice and data connections against targets
• Delivering port voice and data connections against agreed targets
• Delivering profit against agreed targets
• Producing account plans to develop High Value customer relationships to maximise profitability (CADP)
• Have a full understanding of the customer, their sector, their competitors, and opportunities 
• Monitoring the threat, offers and experience delivered by our competitors
• Build a pipeline of short, medium and long term opportunities
• Provide accurate weekly reports by agreed deadlines and adhoc reports when requested
• Build customer offers that maximise profitability whilst securing the business
• Develop and deliver a consistent customer contact strategy by email, phone, meetings and visits.
• Continue to deliver an end to end customer experience through proactive account management

Duration:      Permanent

Hours:          Full Time Monday to Friday

Salary:         Up to £18,000 + commission (OTE £23k)

Location:      Jus outside Cardiff City Centre
