Administrator - Utilities IN Cardiff

Marble Recruitment Solutions is excited to be recruiting for a growing Utilities/Energy company based in Cardiff.
We are currently looking for an Administrator to work in the Wayleaves department. This means gaining access to property owned by another company.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for co-ordinating and working closely with all utility companies, solicitors, land agents and Clients to ensure acquisition of utility wayleaves within set deadlines. Also to administrate and provide written progress reports direct to Clients. Provide a legal research and report service and work in co-ordination/liaison with other members of the Engineering/Wayleave teams.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating/liaising with wayleave service providers to ensure timely acquisition of wayleaves
- Communicating/liaising with clients/solicitors/land agents to identify and resolve problems areas
- To work alongside Wayleave Team/Engineering Team to provide a top quality service to clients within necessary deadlines
- Data-entry and maintenance of relevant project databases
- Production and up-keep of work-related spreadsheets/reports
- Dealing with incoming data (via post, fax etc.) and processing internal enquiries
- Providing day to day administrative duties (filing, referencing, word processing etc.)
- Undertaking legal searches and producing subsequent reports associated with any Engineering or Wayleave projects.
- Support role for Wayleave Surveyor and at times the Wayleave Manager
- Any other duties as required by the Wayleave Manager
This would suit somebody who has maybe worked as an administrator within a similar envorinment including a legal background.
